Representation Petitions – The firm represents labor organizations and employees in representation petitions, unit clarification petitions, and unit modification petitions in front of the State of Florida Public Employees Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
Contract Grievances – The firm represents labor organizations, employees, and employers in contract interpretation grievances through the steps of the grievance procedure, including arbitration hearings pursuant to the American Arbitration Association and Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
Employee Discipline – The firm represents labor organizations, employees, and employers in employee disciplinary matters appealed through the grievance procedure to arbitration, to personnel/civil service board, or pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) under Chapter 120 of the Florida Statutes.
Professional License – The firm represents employees in professional license proceedings held pursuant to Administrative Procedures Act (APA) under Chapter 120 of the Florida Statutes.
