The Law Firm of Brendan M. Coyle, P.A. (LAW-BMC) represents labor organizations, employees, and small to medium sized employers in a wide range of labor and employment law issues in Miami and South Florida.
In today’s diverse and rapidly-evolving workplace, it is critical that both employees and employers receive proactive consultation and advice in all aspects of their employment relationships. Our firm believes that providing this advice on behalf of prospective employees prior to entering employment relationships or current employees prior to any legal disputes arising can serve to provide clarity, protection, and peace of mind.
Similarly, oftentimes, small to medium sized employers can neglect some necessary legal preparation as their business grow. We believe in actively advising these employers in protecting their employment relationships in order avoid any pitfalls that could result in lengthy, costly legal disputes with employees.
